Garraf oil field is located in the province of Thi Qar, approximately five kilometres northwest of Al-Refaei city and 85km north of the city of Nasiriya.

KMSK constructed various projects in the oilfield such as the pipeline and service road link to PS4, and Badra oilfield. River water intake, and currently water treatment facilities, water injection, camps and roads, CS tanks, GRE pipelines, other civil and electrical work mainly with CPP and Petronas.
